Returns
At Triton Linen, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns after the 30-day period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or alterations. We cannot accept items that do not meet these criteria.
Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns must be shipped back at the customer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit without proof of shipment.
Unfortunately, we do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse or corporate offices.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tritonlinen@gmail.com for exchange instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include a picture of the item, and upon review, we will issue a return label. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the purchase price along with the original shipping cost.

Ensure that the merchandise is securely packaged. For quicker processing, include the original invoice and ensure that price tags are attached.
Important Information
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
